SupremePly is a manufacturer of PVC windows, doors, and frames for 30 years. Recently, an accident at its door manufacturing site resulted in a serious injury to one of its employees. This was the first major accident in their business in over thirty years of operations.

The impact on directors, managers, and staff, in general, was considerable. The management is compelled to take action regarding this accident, as well as suggest preventive measures to refrain from the future recurrence of it. It is also known that the company did not provide personal mediclaim insurance to its employees so far since the need for it didn't seem so necessary before the incident. Keeping in mind the present situation, the condition of the injured employee, and the impact of the incident on future operations, how should they reimburse the victim employee and take preventive measures to avoid any such recurrences in the future?
