A big part of regression analysis involves hypothesis testing. For example the t-score for b1 tests a hypothesis...what is the H0 and Ha for this hypothesis?

Regression analysis also uses confidence intervals (and prediction intervals). What is the difference between a 95% confidence for a given value of x1 and a prediction interval for a given value of x1?
