Select an international organization. In your initial post, identify the company that you selected and address the following questions in your discussion board post:

What challenges can you identify within this company regarding their ability to implement their selected strategies (describe the selected strategies)?

Where does the company experience challenges (examples of challenges could include: operational areas, the organizations culture, inabilities of leaders to communicate/ lead the organization through the implementation of the strategy, global expansion challenges, ethical challenges, etc.)?

One of the goals for this Discussion Board is to develop your own thoughts in formulating the answer to this discussion, while applying course information. Note that this doesn't necessarily mean you find exact documentation or wording within the company that supports your choices of challenges. Often times, we can observe a company (and complete some research) to realize that the company has a problem. For example, Sears and J. C. Penney are both companies that seem to experience challenges in selecting the right strategy and/or in implementing the selected strategy.

After analyzing the selected company, what are your recommendations for this company? What structure do you think the organization should adopt? What type of leadership characteristics and culture would fit well with this organization and so forth?
