Patient reports medication compliance and denies medication SE.She reports her mood as good 10/10. She states she is sleeping well 6-7 hours a night feeling well rested, her appetites is fair and has recent wieght gain for which she is happy about, She reports adequate energy levels. She denies anxiety or depressive symptoms at this time. She denies SI/self harm/AVH. We discussed tapering Xanax to 0.25 mg Bid and increasing Lamotrigine to 150 mg for mood optimization. We are stopping promethazine as she denies nausea. Patient agreed to the plan.
