In this reflective report students need to summaries their critical reflection on the topic online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Your reflective report should contain FIVE sections:

Part a. Introduction (200 words)
Explain what do we mean by the online Learning (provide citation).

Part b. Online Learning ( 500 words)

This part should focus on your understanding of the Online Learning. The following should be part of your discussion:

- What are the benefits of Online Learning? (Mention at least three).

- What are the challenges of Online Learning? (Mention at least three).

Part c. Your Own Experience (400 words)
Discuss in detail the experience you had with Online Learning. Your experience should focus on the following:

- What are the skills you need to develop in order to overcome the online learning Challenges?

Part d. Conclusion (100 words)
Summaries the above discussion and provide a conclusion.
