social responsibility activities you undertook.
• Do you consider that your approach to teamwork has changed following the social
responsibility activities? If so, why/how?
• Explain how you will improve your clinical practice as a result of your learning.
Confidentiality must be maintained at all times- anonymise all references to students, staff,
service users etc.
With regards to demonstrating academic standards, it is suggested that the submission:
• Be written in an acceptable academic style, which is clear and concise
• Use appropriate academic/medical language
• Be structured logically
• Be word processed and 1.5 line spacing using a standard font size of 11 or 12 and
acceptable fonts (Arial).
• Use grammatically correct English, free of typographical and spelling errors
• Include the word count at the end of the assignment
• Have the page number in the footer
