Question 1. Identify what you do for self-care now. You may find it helpful to go back to your course material where you were asked to complete a self-care assessment. Provide a written response of how successful you feel you are in living a healthy life balance.
Question 2. Create and submit a self-care plan that you feel you can follow. This plan can be an added document and is not to be incorporated into the paper. Refer to your course material and the self-care start kit web material to assist with this task.
Question 3. Pick one week in your life that you will dedicate to following your plan (Physical Domain)
Question 4. Complete a written reflection about your self-care plan and about your week:
i. Identify any stress you are feeling
ii. Reflect on this stress and how it is impacting your life
iii. Share your thoughts on the self-care plan that you have created and why you think it will be successful in decreasing your stress
iv. Share your experiences on creating the self-care plan; was it hard - easy, did you enjoy it - was it "painful", what did you think
v. Reflect on if this self-care plan is similar to your life now or is it asking you to consider making changes in your life.
vi. At the end of the week reflect on your experience in implementing your self-care plan. Did you feel it helped and provide rational for your answer?
vii. Finally, end with how you intend to implement yourself care plan throughout your career to create a healthy life balance for yourself
