Explain your contributions during the project proposal phase. Discuss your role and responsibilities within the team. Highlight any tools or methods you used to collaborate effectively with your team members. Reflect on the challenges and successes you experienced while working in a team setting. Describe how you managed team members who were difficult to work with or who did not actively participate in the project proposal.
