Assessment Scenario
For this assignment, you will create "A Case for Change'' proposal report for the board of directors of a large firm of YOUR CHOICE. You must critically evaluate and recommend digital changes your organisation must implement in order to retain, innovate, and increase its market competitiveness.
Task 1 : Organisation analysis (LO1)
Provide a clear background to your chosen organisation, including the type of organisation, size of the organisation, range of products or services, customer base and which markets it operates
Identify and critically analyse current technological challenges your organisation is currently facing (some areas of focus could be operation, marketing, consumer insight, data visualisation etc)
With challenges come opportunities - evaluate and present clear digital transformation opportunities that can be used to mitigate the above challenges.
Task 2 : Gaining Digital Business Agility
Provide your firm with advice on the activities and digital technologies that your selected company can employ to achieve Digital Business Agility by utilising the model created by the Global Centre for Digital Business Transformation (2018). You must specifically suggest at least one initiative that can be put into practice and one digital technology (such as machine learning, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, virtual/augmented reality, and so on) that can be used for each of the three components of the Digital Business Agility Model: Hyperawareness, Making Informed Decisions, and Executing Quickly.
Task 3: Create a Digital Ready Culture
By leveraging on the features of a digital-ready culture identified by the World Economic Forum (2021), critically evaluate and advise your chosen organisation on how a digital-ready culture can be instilled in order to support its digital transformation. Specifically, for this task, you need to advise on how your organisation can create a digital-ready culture by:

Task 4: Steer Collaboration and Digital Leadership
As the new Chief Collaboration Officer (CCO) of your organisation, provide a 500-word analysis and initiative that will be implemented to break silos between teams and departments in order to incentivise collaboration.
