Question

45 years old male presented to ED with right ankle pain/ deformity after ground level fall at home.

Patient was evaluated upon arrival in the emergency department. X ray of the right ankle and right foot revealed a right ankle fracture, dislocation of the lateral and medial malleolus. Ortho was consulted for evaluation and management with closed reduction under procedural sedation of his right ankle
