This assignment has two parts.

Part 1: Annotated Bibliography

Create an annotated bibliography related to your topic and containing at least 15 articles. For each resource, identify information that addresses:

Part 2: Complete a Draft of Sections 2.1 and 2.2 of the DPP

Incorporate the feedback you received from this week's discussion and complete a draft of each of the following sections of the DHS DPP Form [DOCX].

2.1: Capstone Project Problem Background

Your work in this section of the DPP will be the product of your literature review, and you will work to summarize how the current literature supports the proposed topic. Keep in mind that your main objective in this section is to describe the themes that were found in the literature and present this information as supporting evidence for your topic.

Because you have not yet completed your literature review, for the purposes of this assignment, draw your themes from the annotated bibliography you've put together for this assignment.

2.2: Need for the Project and Evidence to Make Change
