No one owns these "commons" it is just expected that the international community works together to maintain them. Effectively, pollution is something that effects the environment and is created on varying levels by various groups of peopleThe California Governor has recently realized the impact pollution is having on the environment in his state and has issued a mandate for no new gasoline powered vehicles to be sold in his state by the year 2035. How realistic is this plan? And do you think this is a necessary step in reducing pollution and maintaining the " common" of the environment. Should we ban gasoline powered cars nationwide?
