Scenario 

Campus Services: You are a university contract manager for Aramark, who has the contract for a large dorm cafeteria that has traditionally offered a 3-meal a day dining pass. Since not all of the students eat each of the three meals, you are able to save money in your budget by not preparing for the true count of students with meal plans. The school has decided to start offering students their choice of meal plans. They can choose between one, two or three meal per day plans. This will be a reduction in your revenues, since you know some students will choose the less frequent plans. How will you adjust to this new set of plans? What ideas do you have for reducing costs and increasing revenues?
