During the lockdown period government instructed to operate any factories which results in reduced production and sales. Therefore, organizations had to suffer loss and could not manage funds to offer previous salary to their employees. If you were an HR manager of any organization how would you manage such situation to redesign the remuneration package of your employees so that they can be motivated and retained in future?
