Project theme
- In teams of 2 to 5 students, conduct TWO interviews (one interview per student) with UAE based companies` HR Managers regarding their recruitment procedures, and the selection process.
-> Then, generate a five- page report that includes the names of these companies and the students who conducted each interview followed by the bellow details regarding each company:
1. The adopted strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates.
2. The legal and ethical consideration regarding recruitment procedures, and selection process.
3. The adopted job analysis techniques
4. The integration between recruitment and the other HR practices.
5. Based on what you learned in this course, the strengths and weaknesses of each process and suggested actions to improve.
