I am recruiting respondents for focus groups. I have a list of psychographic questions to use as part of the screening process. The recruiter has asked if the psychographic questions are in an algorithm. I was told by the client that the list of questions I received were in an algorithm, but I don't know how to apply it.

The questions I received are a series of paired attitude statements. The choice of one response or the other determines the segment the respondent is assigned to, but there is no coding on the statements to let me know which statement corresponds to which segment definition. Can someone help me figure this out? I've never worked with algorithms in recruiting before.
