Recruit people with functional diversity

Inclusion of people with functional diversity to the workforce of a company, the legal structure and the strategies around it. Taking these elements in context, imagine that you are the owner of a sportswear manufacturing company, and this has a goal that 50% of its workforce be people with functional diversity. Discuss what strategies you would develop in your process to achieve an effective and productive inclusion of these workers in the company environment.

1.What are the challenges that functional diversity represents for the business environment?

2.Identify and present, in a concise manner, three laws or regulations that require or support the process of inclusion of people with functional diversity in a company.

3. Discuss the strategies or processes that you would implement to achieve the inclusion of this group, according to the situation that is presented to you for this task.

4. Determine if including people with functional diversity can represent a very onerous cost for the company. Based on your determination, do you recommend that the company stick to its 50% goal?

5. Identify and present a company in your community that you understand has effectively managed to include people with some functional diversity. Present how you have done it.
