In order to build the Randolph Student center, Fayetteville State University had to remove the old student center building. To accomplish this, Fayetteville State University hired Seven Men Demolition Inc., a demolition company, to demolish the old student center building. Seven Men Demolition Inc., hired and used the best demolition experts in the world, and flawlessly and perfectly demolished the old student center building using dynamite. Chaka owned a seafood restaurant that was located three blocks away from the demolition site. At the moment that the building was demolished using the dynamite, Chaka's restaurant suffered significant damage due to the ground vibrations caused by the demolition. Chaka wants to sue Seven Men Demolition Inc. to recover for the damages to her restaurant.
