The starting guard for Roger's college basketball team is a guard. He is a leader on his team, stays after practice to improve on his shots, and is active in campus activities including academics and extracurriculars. He doesn't have much time for meal planning, grocery shopping, or cooking because of his busy schedule. On weekdays, he often eats dinner at the athletics training table and the rest of his meals at home or in nearby restaurants. Recently, Roger's 3-day food diary was examined utilizing a nutrition software application. His projected calorie requirements were not being met overall, according to the research, and his consumption of vitamins A, C, and folate was continuously low throughout the course of the three-day period. The rest of the vitamins and minerals met the minimum RDA or AI requirements.
