Background

In an online article in The Straits Times (2018) website, wrong hiring decisions are widespread. A survey done by a recruiter company with chief financial officers (CFO) in Singapore found that 98% of respondents admitted to making a wrong hiring decision and 24% of them found that they had hired the wrong person within two weeks.
