You should approach this assignment as if you were working as an HR consultant for a public or nonprofit organization (including local, state, or international governments). PLEASE NOTE THAT PRIVATE FIRMS/CORPORATIONS ARE NOT APPROPRIATE FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT. You must describe a current HR issue or policy that will affect the HRM of the organization.
