Taking responsibility for decisions and actions is essential, along with ensuring fairness within the organization.
Recognizing the potential bias stemming from personal experiences, I strive to address individual concerns and grievances in a fair and supportive manner. Understanding that personal experiences can skew assessments, I would take a step back to evaluate situations objectively and consider the broader ethical context.
