Colin and Lijuan have recently viewed two freehold properties, both of which they are interested in buying. The 'Proprietorship Register' refers to 'Title Absolute' and contains the names of the sellers, Frank and Gillian, as well as a 'Restriction'. The 'Charges Register' refers to a 'Registered Charge'.
The title to the second property, 16 South Road, is unregistered. The owner, William, thinks there are restrictive covenants affecting the property but could not give them any other information.
