Because you are new, you gladly assist. As weeks pass, you notice your coworker repeatedly leaves the floor for large portions of the day, requesting you to "watch their patients" while they are away. Feeling burned out, you decide to speak with the floor manager You are the new graduate nurse in the scenario mentioned above. 12.
