The Workers knew it all along The Babson Company recently completed a survey among its supervisors and workers. Supervisors were asked what they felt the workers wanted from their jobs and the company workers were directly asked what they wanted. The employees ranked a list of factors from 1 (most important) to 10 (least important) After the lists were collected and the totals were compiled, an overall ranking was determined for both the supervisors and the workers.
