QUESTION 1: While it is fine to give juice to an infant, it is not necessary for them to receive juice for proper development. In the Feeding Your Baby reference, the Cleveland Clinic recommends that 100% pasteurized fruit juice be given to a baby starting at 7 months of age (n.d.) Can you further explain why this is recommended? How much juice can be given to an infant each day? Should juice be given in a bottle or a cup...why is this?
QUESTION 2: Do you think that women should continue to breast feed after a child can hold their bottle? And at what age should they be when breast feeding should end? You mention in your post that "Lebanese women would breastfeed for a month, then after 4 month it would be a problem for the infant", Do you think that at this age it should be the time to stop breast feeding?
