Question: Today it is possible to take a blood sample from a person and to extract a genetic profile that will reveal that person's disposition to certain diseases. Do you think that health insurance rates should be tailored to reflect each individual's propensity to illness. In other words, should people who 'might' get sick based on their genetic makeup be forced to pay more for health insurance than someone whose genetic makeup does not indicate as great a likelihood of this happening? Consider the following in your answer:
