Imagine you work for a market research company that prepares ad-hoc surveys to help business deep dive on customer satisfaction issues, challenges and opportunities. A new client (imagine a company in the UAE that sells baby products online) approaches you and asks you to draft a questionnaire that would help answer the following research questions:
-Which demographic groups of customers (specifically gender, age groups, nationality group, marital status, area of residence, number of children) are more satisfied, and which are more dissatisfied;
-Reasons of satisfaction and dissatisfaction;
-Whether customers would recommend the brand to family and friends.Draft a questionnaire with the minimum number of questions and options to collect data to answer the research questions as above. Also, briefly explain how the data would be analyzed to answer the research questions.
Your manager suggests you to also propose a qualitative research component to complement the survey. Propose 2 qualitative research approaches and briefly explain how they would benefit the client, keeping in mind the client's research questions listed earlier.
