Saturated liquid steam at 2 MPa steadily enters a valve where it is throttled to 0.3 MPa. The inlet and outlet diameter is 1 cm. The flow rate is 0.012 kg/s. Determine the outlet density [kg/m3] of the steam. Also show that it is reasonable to neglect the kinetic energy effects. Show the process on a T-v state diagram.
