The Leadership Team (comprised of executives) is now considering installing monitoring software that not only tracks Internet use but also allows extensive blocking of Web sites. Emile Kahn, the VP of your division, Audit, has asked your project team to write a recommendation report.

What are the reasonable expectations of the employer and of the employee? What reasons can you give for supporting or opposing (or a modified position) monitoring?
