Essay

Many companies today are keenly focused on "reaping the benefits of change" in terms on implementation of best practices, target markets, new product introduction and measuring of effectiveness and efficiency of the "new way" of doing things. The intentions of change (whether continuous, incremental or exponential) is about doing better (however this is chosen to be measured).

Using the tools of Marketing Management, review the status of change of a favorite [product] company of yours and address the following in the evaluation and synthesis of the information discovered:

1. What is the company stance on new product ideas?

2. What recent product did they bring to market and why?

3. Was the new product a brand extension or a new brand entrant? Explain

4. Can you effectively measure how this product has done in terms of sales, market awareness, etc.?

Your essay should be in good grammar and sentence structure style, using 12 font (Arial or times roman) and be in a paragraphical format. Be sure to include a thesis statement, your opinions/facts and a short summary to tie synergize your thoughts. These submissions must include your name, and be in Word with minimum 800 word count.

Be sure include at least two academic/scholarly reference (prepare in advance based on the course topics).
