Review the CLA 1 you developed and put yourself back into that scenario. Six months have passed since then, and your leadership efforts did not go unnoticed. You successfully navigated your role as senior manager. After deliberation by the board, you have been elected and appointed to the position of Vice-President of Operations.

As Vice-President of Operations, you realize the significance of decision-making efficiency and how it leads to stronger organizations with better output. Helping others gain the skills needed to make effective organizational decisions can be a challenge. You decide to gather a team of company influencers to conduct a series of seminars and workshops within the organization in order to meet this challenge. But first, you must train your company's influencers.

Develop a presentation slide deck consisting of an intro slide, a concluding slide with references, and five slides of content (for a total of 7 slides) on the following points:

- A brief summary of the decision-making concepts you have learned through this course that can be applied practically
- A process for making rational decisions and avoiding cognitive mistakes during negotiations
- Detailed strategies that the organization can incorporate to improve the overall decision-making process in every department
- A system that ensures an ethical approach to decision-making

Your reference slide must include a listing for at least three valid sources you have used to guide the development of your slide deck.

Create a narrated recording to accompany your presentation (i.e. PowerPoint, Prezi, Google Slides, etc.). You may use any software of your choice to record. Check out the following links for additional support.
