Study Topic: I plan to study how the very first Christian Church was led, from the Apostles to everyday members. I'm drawn to this topic because it's a big part of history and it could help us understand modern church leadership better. I want to look into what roles people like bishops, elders, overseers, pastors, deacons, and regular church members played. I'm curious about who did what and how their teamwork kept the church strong and united. I think learning about how they worked together in the past can teach us valuable lessons for leading churches today. narrow my study to look at church leadership after the New Testament, up to around the year 200. This will help me focus better.

Add: , "How did having leaders at different levels help the early Christian Church grow strong and stay together from the start?" I'm really interested in how elders helped manage the church every day and supported the preachers.

Primary Sources: I plan to read the Acts of the Apostles and some letters from the New Testament. These writings give a close look at the early Church's organization and leadership.
