In the recent times, due to increased industrial revolution and reduced natural wealth, the pollution has taken a peak on the graph in most parts of the world. Due to this, many people and even the other living beings are also very much affected health-wise greatly. It is evident that the health expenses are increasing day by day as the number of people who are victims of different diseases are increasing greatly in number, and also several new diseases which were even heard are taking birth (Miller, 2018). This condition brought up the expenses bared on health really high. This has become one of the most leading issues faced by world today, and United States of America is no exception for sure. In the USA, most of the people absolutely rely on Health Insurance as it will get harder for them to bare the expenses if some health problem occurs to them. In order to be on the safe side, most of the people rely on insurance companies. Also, it is a clear evidence in our daily life that most of the people undoubtedly rely on the employer's benefits for their health coverage. The employer companies usually tie up with the insurance companies for providing their employees the benefits required. Due to the hiking health care costs day by day, even employer companies are falling prey for the Health Insurance companies as they both are tied up. Due to the increase in the costs of health care industry, it is forcing the health insurance companies to increase the prices on the health insurance policies (Paljug, 2019). This is becoming the destroyer of the relationship between the Health Insurance companies and the employers. This indirectly is also affecting the relationships between the employers and the employees. The employers have an urge from the employees to continue the same reliable health benefits for them, which is not possible for the employers with the rise in the costs of insurance policies. This is increasing the conflicts between the working employees and the authoritative employers in the higher cadre or the company itself. This is pushing the talented employees to make a change in their employment for a much better job.
