I need to know what products would result from adding HCl to a raw potato slice and hydrogen peroxide. I also need to know the products from adding NaOH to a raw potato slice and hydrogen peroxide. Last but not least AgNO3 to a raw potato and hydrogen peroxide. I know that the AgNO3 is an inhibitor. I also know that the peroxidase in the potato and Hydrogen peroxide results in peroxidase, H2O, and O2. I'm trying to understand the processes.
