Common everyday incivities are those behaviors that are thought of as rude or inconsiderable. Incivilities generally fall into one of two categories: Physical and verbal.

Think about the range of interpersonal communications in which you participate on a weekly basis.  Indicate how often you have experienced any of these behaviors, and indicate how often you have engaged in any of these behaviors.

Use of inappropriate language ( swearing, making sexual remaks)

Display of verbal aggression ( Using abusive or threatening language)
