You have been given a server with 8 bays of 300 GB 3.5 hard drives (drives 0-7) and asked to configure the server with Server 2012 R2 in order to run it as a file server. You have been asked to store all data for the file server on a separate volume. The server supports multiple hardware RAID configurations (you can delegate multiple RAID configurations, not just one RAID configuration for all of the disks).

How would you implement RAID for this system (Be specific...as if you were explaining to the person setting it up) about what RAID configurations to implement on which disks and why. Cite any references.
