Last week we worked on RACI and the Risk Management Plan. Two words in those documents come up that have similar, but different meaning. Explain the difference(s) between Accountable and Responsible. Give one (or two) examples of how you see these two words in action at your workplace.

This doesn't have to be a long post. Just be clear and concise and make sure you use your own words to help explain. I don't want a WIKI definition posted here (although you can google some ideas!).
