A 54-year-old man wants to quit smoking. He smokes one pack per day. He has been smoking since age 18. He smokes his first cigarette approximately 1 hour after awakening. His PMH includes asthma, depression, seizure disorder, and CAD s/p of 3V CABG five years ago. His medications include paroxetine, carvedilol, topiramate, ramipril, and aspirin. He experienced 1 seizure approximately 6 months ago. Which medication would be best for this patient?
