Other entities will be Artist/Group - Attributes will be Name, Year Founded, Origin, Tones and Biography, Track - Attributes will be Number and User's Recommendation and finally Song - Attributes will be Name, ID and Debut Date.

Your plan have to include an ER diagram, a set of relational schemas, and a list of constraints, including primary-key and foreign-key constraints (it won't be mentioned in software, database design will be expressed in terms of a relational database design, it will consist only diagram, mentioned schemas in question and constraints.)
