At the end of the course, everyone was asked to say whether they were very satisfied, satisfied or not satisfied with the course. Among the Clerical Officers, 18 were very satisfied, 5 were satisfied and the rest were not satisfied. The corresponding figures for ‘very satisfied' and ‘satisfied' for the Executive Officers were 12 and 3; those for Administrative Officers were 0 and 2
