Part A: The Interviewee and Organization 

Answer the following questions regarding the organization and HR professional you plan to contact.

1. Who have you selected to interview? Provide the HR professional's name, title, company, and contact details (physical address, email address, and direct telephone number).
2. Why did you select this person to interview? How many years of experience does this professional have in HR?
3. Why did you select this organization to focus on? What interests you about this organization?

Part B: Project Plan 

Create project plan that breaks down the project deliverables into specific tasks and milestones, using the rubric for guidance. Identify who will be responsible for completing each task and the associated deadline(s) for completion.
