You are the Branch Manager of a new start-up community organisation called Kids Matter Inc. The organisation provides free therapy and support services to children and families who have experienced or are at risk of child abuse and neglect.
As they are a new organisation, there are no existing policies and procedures that cover legal, ethical and compliance requirements. You have been tasked with getting started on developing the organisations policies and procedures.
You will be the owner of the document. The Operations Manager will approve the document.
