While most people might dread negotiation, it's a normal that at some point in time we will have the opportunity to exercise our negotiation skills. Whether it's purchasing a car or discussing a starting salary for a new position.

However, the formula for a successful negotiation may differ depending on the situation but being prepared is one of the main factors that influences a successful outcome
