4. Query that views specifics defined fields of your table that have two constraints with relationship "or". Save it as Query4.

1. Create a justified Form that views all records based on your table. Save the form by "your name_Form".

Reports

1. Create a Stepped report based on your table that views all information classified by one field. Save the report by "your name_Report".
