X Ltd is re-considering its inventory control system. The daily demand for milk is steady at 40 liters per day, the number of working days is 250. Inventory is currently bought weekly in batches of 200 litres from a local supplier for $2 each. The cost of ordering is $64 per order, regardless of the size of the order. The inventory holding costs, expressed as a percentage of inventory value, are 25% pa. Calculate EOQ.
