Subject: Advanced Research & Design Situation 4:

Performing good governance in a war-ravaged country like Afghanistan is vital for building and developing a sustainable democracy. On one side, it leads to democracy and on another side, it enhances Afghan citizens' trust in their government. Keeping in view, this research study aim to investigate, rule of law, reforms, capacity building, and transparency with relation to governance in Afghanistan. The specific objectives of this study is to see the effect of the aforementioned factors on governance in Afghanistan. The findings would contribute in the empirical literature of governance with relation to the factors mentioned above.

Develop at least two research questions based on the above situation.

How will you measure rule of law, reforms, capacity building, transparency, and governance if you plan for quantitative methodology?
