Question concerns low-pass filter. Given a RC low-pass filter and the values of the resistor, the capacitor and a frequency located within the band-pass, is it possible to determine the db loss and the phase angle at that frequency, if one is NOT given either Vin or Vout? If so, how does one approach that problem?
