Assignment Tasks

1) Submit a work proposal for this assignment or before 11/Jun/2020 (23:59) which must include:
• Understanding of deliverables - a detail description of deliverables.
• General overview of proposed plan - initial understanding of solution to task 2.
• Timeline for completion of the given tasks.
The work proposal must be submitted in a word file through the link available in Moodle.

Part A:

Logistics companies are always in a competition due to the diverse nature of Logistics services. This competition compels the companies to provide best quality services. Discuss at least 5 elements on which Logistics Service Quality can be measured. Your explanation should contain details and proper examples to justify your answer.

Part B:

Analyzing Quality Cost is very important while working on Quality Management Projects, some costs are visible and some are not visible until we analyze. Discuss which type of cost factors may affect the quality management process of a Supply Chain? Discuss at least 5 factors with proper details and examples.

Part C:

Quality management techniques plays a vital role to achieve the desired reults in product and service quality. Lean & Six Sigma are the techniques which makes the quality management authentic. Differentiate between Lean & Six Sigma techniques and Analyse at least 5 results which can be achieved in a process of Logistics Services by using Six Sigma Technique. Your explanation should contain proper examples and details.
