What is the value of using quantitative and qualitative data in community health assessment? Consider the instances in which quantitative or qualitative data might be more appropriate to use in a community health assessment. Quantitative and qualitative data are not mutually exclusive but instead have different functions. Both types provide valuable information, but they are not always equally appropriate in every assessment or aspect of assessment.
